Random Blog...
Hmm...Don't have much to post really. I got my Boss CE-3 Chorus in last week, sounds okay, thought it would be better. I'll play with it a little bit more so I can decide whether or not I need the Retro-Sonic Chorus Ensemble or not. My Muff Overdrive I bought off TGP came in yesterday. Sounds a bit dark, similar to a Big Muff with a tad less gain. More gain than I need, so I'll be modding that sucker soon...hopefully turning it into a low gain machine, something similar to a Lovepedal COT50. I want a COT50 bad, but can't just bring myself to buy another dirt pedal for $230. Speaking of COT50's, I found a circuit that's supposedly supposed to sound alot like a COT50, but its REALLY LOUD. I build it over the weekend, I really really like it. I'm going to modify it a bit more and see how I like it. Gonna take lots of pics soon of the mods and pedal making, as well as setting up my pedalboard. Shit, that reminds me, I'm gonna have to build new patch cables for my board. It's a pain in the ass soldering up cables. I'll take pics of that also I guess.

Camera Whore Pics...

My Dad gave me his Canon Powershot G5, fairly old camera...about 2 years old. It's not an SLR but it works good. Working on getting some adapters and lenses for it soon. Hopefully, it can be a good go to camera so I don't have to go out and spend a good chunk of change to get an SLR.
Time to whore out some gear pictures. I had good lighting earlier this morning so I snapped a few. Now its too hot to take more pictures and the lighting isn't as good as this morning.

That's my MIM Strat with new Seymour Duncan Antiquity's. Has new AcmeGuitarWorks electronics and a Callaham Block. I realize that I miss my trem alot now, so I'll be placing an order for a new one to fit that block in a few days. That amp is just my Marshall Lead 12. I use it as a preamp for my Valve Junior. It really brightens up that VJ alot.
THE FEW OUT THERE READING MY POSTS! Do any of you have another Lead 12 head or a MS12 head that you want to sell? I want to fit an 18 watter in one, but don't want to tear up the head I have now...because I like it. If I had a spare of course I'd do it. So drop me a comment or something and I'll be sure to post pictorial of the build along the way.

Two Chorus....

Damnit this sucks. Just recently, like last week, I came up on a Vintage Japanese Boss CE-3. Actually I found two at the same time, one mint, one not. The mint one sold so I picked up the not so mint one for a good price. Today some guy finally responds, and he has a mint one selling for almost the same price as the screwed one! Minus well get both and see if I can sell the other one somewhere else....

Things Just Don't Go Right....

Yep, my dual-locks finally came in today. But they only sent me 6 feet of it. I'm missing a whole yard. This sucks bad. After dealing with Music123 for 3 weeks, they finally shipped off my pedal train.
Because it was shipped UPS, it took about a week to arrive and they sent it to wrong place. I had to go knocking door to door to find out who Jessica was (she signed for my package).
Finally got it, then waited for a week for my Dual-Lock. Now that it came, I'm short some so I probably have to wait another week for it to arrive. This sucks....
Hate Waiting For Those Trucks....
Don't like FedEx very much....don't like UPS very much. DHL I like, they come before I even wake up which is cool. USPS is faster than all these guys combined, but my mail lady comes late too so that's annoying. Anyways, I'm waitin on some velcrow like stuff called Dual-Lock by 3M.
That's it right there. It supposed to be like velcro
w but has mushroom shaped interlocks instead of hooks. It's 5x stronger than velcrow and the good thing is......it won't collect lint and other crap like velcrow normally does. Once this comes, I hope to wire my pedalboard up.
